The Manor House….
The Manor House at Beliveau Farm offers lodging with four guest rooms as well as meeting rooms for your small event. Packages for small corporate retreats as well as elopements, bridal showers, and other private events are quoted based on the details you would like us to organize for you.
Looking for an off-site location for your corporate retreat or board meeting? From breakfast and break-outs through a casual or formal dinner we offer complete food service. With an on-site winery and soon to open brewery your retreat experience can be enhanced by a mid day or end of day social. And with our fresh country air you can enjoy great stretch breaks where a short hike or throwing a frisbee can revive your brain power.
Elopement packages are a specialty here. Our Manor House Event Coordinator can handle complete elopement services including flowers, wedding cake, officiant, music, photography, etc. Call 540-961-2102 to discuss your elopement or other small event at the Manor House.
And if you just want to get away for a night or weekend we are a special place to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, or needed getaway! Our four guest rooms offer romantic accommodations for two.

The Chocolat Room is luxurious with furniture the color of dark chocolate and accessories in gold and white. This romantic room has a pillared queen bed, fireplace, air jet soaking tub, tiled shower, outdoor deck, in-room mini fridge/freezer, and gorgeous hardwood floors.
The Fleur de Lis
The Fleur de Lis Room exudes French regal charm. This king bedroom has a fireplace, air jet soaking tub, and tiled shower. Wake up to the morning sun as you sip coffee on this room’s private outdoor deck. An in-room mini fridge keeps your wine and other beverages cold.
The Provence Room
The Provence Room: Enjoy the coziness of this room! The private bath has a claw foot tub as well as a shower. A mini fridge will keep your beverages cold and the fireplace will warm your heart.
Each room in our romantic inn has a fireplace as well as private bath, TV, and mini fridge. Guests at our 165 acre farm estate enjoy hiking the scenic property, sipping wine at our on-site winery, relaxing to incredible sunsets and star studded skies, and just plain getting away from the routines of daily life.
A delicious breakfast is always offered as part of your room rate. And of course fresh brewed coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and orange juice await your morning!
So many of our guests tell us they don't want to leave once they get to our estate. They want to linger and enjoy the property. At our on-site winery (open Wednesday - Sunday) guests can purchase a cheese plate, and other chef specialty daily items. The nearest restaurant is 12 miles from us so feel free to bring picnic foods with you as we have numerous outside spots with tables and chairs and fabulous picnic vistas!
With anniversaries being a signature celebration our inn is best suited for adults.
